To open a Personal/Premier Account with PayPal please complete the following steps:

1. Click https://www.paypal.com/signup or copy and paste the entire link in to the address bar.
2. Select the 'Personal' radio button for a Personal or Premier account.
3. Choose a Country from the drop down menu
4. Click 'Continue'
5. Enter your information
6. For a 'Premier Account' select 'yes' to the question 'Would you like this to be a Premier Account?'
7. Click 'Sign Up'
8. Check your email inbox
9. Click on the link in the PayPal Confirmation email
10. Enter your password and click 'Confirm'
